When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, fragrance oils and wax that have been opened cannot be returned to ensure quality and safety standards.

Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?

Yes, we prioritize safety and quality. The majority of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and formulated to meet strict IFRA standards. Specific safety data sheets are available on each product page.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
