At The Flaming Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle-making supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the items to our returns department, ensuring you include your Return Authorization paperwork inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
